SigmaAIMusic is operated by a natural person as an unregistered business in accordance with Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law (Act of 6 March 2018).
SigmaAIMusic provides custom songs generated using artificial intelligence based on individual customer requests.
Orders are placed through the form available on the website. The order production begins after the payment has been completed.
The standard production time is usually 1–3 business days.
After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the song according to its intended purpose (for example as a gift or for publication on social media).
Due to the individualized nature of the service and the fact that the song is created specifically for the customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the production process has started. This is in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act concerning personalized digital services.
The song is created based on information provided by the client. The service provider is not responsible for the client's subjective evaluation of musical taste.
Payments for orders are processed through electronic payment operators available on the website.
